  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni, cheddar, and mozzarella to the skillet, stirring until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with extra cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
