Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread one can of crescent roll dough in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Layer half of the corned beef slices evenly over the dough.
Add half of the sauerkraut over the corned beef, followed by half of the Swiss cheese.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and cover the top of the bake.
Brush the top with a little melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds, if using.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra dressing.
